SprintAir Group has implemented and is continuously improving a Safety Management System (SMS) based on the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) regulations.

If you have noticed a disturbing event, phenomenon or problem that in your opinion may pose a threat to aviation safety and be the cause of an incident or accident, please fill out the form below. You can in this way, even anonymously, contribute to the prevention of danger. As part of the Safety Management System, each report is investigated, while maintaining the confidentiality of the sources of information.

Purpose and processing: Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of handling the hazard report form within the security management system

Basis for processing: Your personal data will be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the controller and a third party, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: RODO),

Data recipients: We may only transfer your data to processors – to whom we outsource activities that require data processing, e.g. to our subcontractors and to entities entitled to obtain data under applicable law

Data retention period: We will retain your personal data until we have completed our security management system investigation, investigated the validity of the report and implemented appropriate actions to resolve it (3 months from receipt of the report). Upon completion of the threat investigation, the report will be anonymized by deleting the reporter’s personal data.

Your rights: You have the right of access to the content of your data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure and restriction of processing, the right to object to the processing of your data. You can exercise your rights by contacting us, you can also send a letter to the address of our registered office or use the contact form available on our website.

If you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Voluntariness of providing data: The data you provide is voluntary, you are not obliged to provide it.
