Passenger clause (charters)
Pursuant to Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Dz Urz./ Official Journal of the European Union, L 119 of 4 May 2016), please be advised that:
1) the Controller of your personal data is Sprint Air S.A. ul. Ruchliwa 22, 02-182 Warsaw
2) your personal data shall be processed for the purpose passenger transport -pursuant to Art. 6, sec. 1, letter b and Art.6, sec.1, letter c of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (the GDPR)
3) the recipients of personal data shall be exclusively entities entitled to obtain personal data based on legal regulations
4) your personal data shall be stored for the period of 2 years
5) you shall have the right to request from the Controller access to your personal data, the right to rectify, erase or restrict its processing and the right to data portability
6) you shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
7) the provision of personal data is voluntary; however, the refusal to provide the data may result in the refusal to offer passenger transport.

Pursuant to Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Dz Urz./ Official Journal of the European Union, L 119 of 4 May 2016), please be advised that:
1) the Controller of your personal data is Sprint Air S.A. ul. Ruchliwa 22, 02-182 Warsaw
2) your personal data shall be processed for the purpose of performing the contract – pursuant to Art. 6, sec. 1, letter b – performance of the contract and Art. 9 sec. 2 letter g of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (the GDPR)
3) the recipients of personal data shall be exclusively entities entitled to obtain personal data based on legal regulations
4) your personal data shall be stored for the period of 6 years from the moment of cessation of processing under the concluded contract
5) you shall have the right to request from the Controller access to your personal data, the right to rectify, erase or restrict its processing and the right to data portability
6) you shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
7) the provision of personal data is voluntary; however, the refusal to provide the data may result in the refusal to conclude a contract
